Obamacare: Healthcare or Tyranny?

At this writing, the U.S. Congress is preparing to discuss in committees several different versions of healthcare reform. In reality, these committees will pare the bills down and keep the parts they like out of each, but in committee, those changes will be handed to 24 year old aids that will take the bills and add or subtract anything they want. Then the will not post the bill for the public to read (there goes "transparency" again). After that, they will ram it through under devious means and Obama will sign it into law.
The statist run media (including the Wichita Eagle) have stated that opponents of government-run healthcare are arguing on falsehoods such as mandatory euthanasia for the elderly and the government forcing out of your present insurance in order to be on the government plan. In fact, at a Memphis Town Hall, the local news reported that "Supporters waved pink signs demanding “Healthcare Now." An opposing sign held at times held by a young boy read “Don’t tell my gigi how to die,” referring to allegations -- strongly denied by supporters -- that the proposed bill would result in forced euthanasia for senior citizens."In fact, if you read the bill that was posted online, you will see that the things the Obama administration are calling falsehoods and are being protested against by the Town Hall anti-healthcare bill crowds are in fact TRUE. For example, the fear of geriatric euthanasia comes from pages 427, 429 and 430. From page 429:

10 ‘‘(4) A consultation under this subsection may in-
11 clude the formulation of an order regarding life sustaining
12 treatment or a similar order.
13 ‘‘(5)(A) For purposes of this section, the term ‘order
14 regarding life sustaining treatment’ means, with respect
15 to an individual, an actionable medical order relating to
16 the treatment of that individual that—

Government forcing out of your present insurance in order to be on the government plan is defined on page 16:

11 (A) IN GENERAL.—Except as provided in
12 this paragraph, the individual health insurance
13 issuer offering such coverage does not enroll
14 any individual in such coverage if the first ef15
fective date of coverage is on or after the first
16 day of Y1.

Simply put, after this thing, or a version of it, is enacted, you cannot enroll in new insurance if you change companies
Here is a summary of the 1017 page bill of beltway government doublespeak that was read by a military translator who took away the key points. You can read all 1017 pages ( but you will get the same result. Tyranny is tyranny no matter what spin you put on it. If you have parents that are elderly or getting that way, you should be against this bill. If you don't want rationed care you should be against this bill. You can also feel free to send my name to, but the only thing fishy is the way this bill stinks.
